Order Processing Time
Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will process it within 2 business days.
Please note that some items may need to be collected from warehouses in different locations. For items that are currently in stock, warehouse processing may take 1–3 business days, which may affect the final delivery time.
Taking international shipping arrangements into account, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped.
International Delivery Time
We try to deliver your desired items as quickly as possible, no matter where you are located.
Estimated delivery times vary by region:

Europe: 6–10 business days
East Asia, except China: 5–10 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country or region and the weight of the products.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Please note that shipments may be delivered without duties or taxes paid in advance.
According to local regulations, all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other related charges must be settled by the purchaser.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery Restrictions
Our carriers may not be able to guarantee safe delivery to certain addresses.
Please make sure to provide complete and accurate delivery information, including your street name, building number, apartment or unit number, recipient name, phone number, and email address.
Depending on local postal delivery conditions, you may need to collect your package from your local post office or delivery service point.
Failed Delivery
The company is not responsible for failed delivery caused by customer negligence.
This includes, but is not limited to, an incorrect delivery address, incorrect contact number, incorrect recipient name, incomplete address, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package in time.

Cancellation and Returns
You may request to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receives the final item in your order.
If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day cancellation period starts from the day you receive the last item.

After submitting your cancellation or return request, you must return the item(s) within 14 days from the date you informed us of your request.
Returned item(s) must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. All tags, accessories, dust bags, shoe boxes, and related documents must also be included where applicable.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.
The refund will include the product price and the original standard shipping fee paid at checkout.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery option offered by us will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund, including but not limited to:
Custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered items.
Items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition.
Items returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, dust bags, shoe boxes, or documents, where applicable.
Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
Gift cards or digital products, where applicable.
Any other items that are not eligible for return under applicable laws.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
