• Cleaning Instructions

1. Leather Material: Use a clean, soft dry cloth to gently wipe the surface of the shoes.
2. Suede Material: Use a soft towel to brush the surface gently in one direction.

• Odor

Due to the short time between production and delivery, the shoes may retain some manufacturing odor. This is a normal occurrence and not a quality issue. If concerned, you can place the shoes in a well-ventilated area to air out.

• Tips to Prevent Chafing

1. Gently knead and soften the parts of the shoe that cause discomfort to make the material more pliable.
2. Cover the affected area with a warm towel to soften it, then let the shoes air dry in a cool place.
3. Apply a small amount of white wine or alcohol to the chafing area, allowing it to soak for about 5-15 minutes.

Time required for the shipment

Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will process the order within 2 business days. However, bags might need to be collected from warehouses at different locations. While also adhering to international shipping distancing measures, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to ship.

Return:

We are extending the return and exchange policy to 30 days from the date you receive items purchased online. Please ensure the product you return is in its original condition with all tags attached, invoice and packaging (including cartons, dust bags, etc.) intact. (except returns due to damage or flaws). Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item, except for quality issues (damage, stains, etc.). We will notify you once we have received your return and processed your refund.

Refund

After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 14 days. You will also receive an email of confirmation when this is processed.

We do not process direct exchanges. We suggest you initiate a return for the refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
