Shopping Guidelines
- Color Variation
Due to differences in lighting during photography and display monitors, the actual product may slightly differ from what is shown. Please refer to the product you receive for the most accurate representation.
- Size
Please refer to the size chart when selecting your shoes. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.
- Cleaning Instructions
- Leather Material: Use a clean, soft dry cloth to gently wipe the surface of the shoes.
- Suede Material: Use a soft towel to brush the surface gently in one direction.
- Odor
Due to the short time between production and delivery, the shoes may retain some manufacturing odor. This is a normal occurrence and not a quality issue. If concerned, you can place the shoes in a well-ventilated area to air out.
- Tips to Prevent Chafing
- Gently knead and soften the parts of the shoe that cause discomfort to make the material more pliable.
- Cover the affected area with a warm towel to soften it, then let the shoes air dry in a cool place.
- Apply a small amount of white wine or alcohol to the chafing area, allowing it to soak for about 5-15 minutes.
Time required for the shipment
Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will process the order within 2 business days. However, bags might need to be collected from warehouses at different locations. While also adhering to international shipping distancing measures, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to ship.

Shipping Fee：
-Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the products.
Attention:
-For items that are currently in stock, please keep in mind that warehouse processing may take 1-3 days, which may impact delivery times.
Customs Duties:
-Please note that shipments will be delivered without any duty or tax paid.-As per local regulations, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be settled by the purchaser.
Restrictions:
-Our carriers cannot guarantee safe delivery to certain addresses, please be sure to provide your address and specific details such as street/building number, name, phone number, email, etc.
Attention:
-Depending on local postal delivery conditions, you may need to collect your package from your local post office.
Failed Delivery:
-The company is not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information, such as order address/contact number/recipient name.-If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact support@staccato.com, as soon as possible before shipment to provide your order number and correct information.
Additional Information:
-Unforeseen delays or slight delays in providing tracking details may occur, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Ensuring your order is delivered as soon as possible is our top priority.
Return:
We are extending the return and exchange policy to 30 days from the date you receive items purchased online. Please ensure the product you return is in its original condition with all tags attached, invoice and packaging (including cartons, dust bags, etc.) intact. (except returns due to damage or flaws). Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item, except for quality issues (damage, stains, etc.). We will notify you once we have received your return and processed your refund.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties and fees incurred due to personal reasons for returns, except in cases of product quality issues or our responsibility.
- Note: You may choose your own shipping carrier to return the order to us, please let us know via email to support@staccato.com, with your order number and tracking number, we will provide the return address after we approve your return request. (Please note that without tracking information we may not be able to process your refund in time). We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
Refund
After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 14 days. You will also receive an email of confirmation when this is processed.
Exchange
We do not process direct exchanges. We suggest you initiate a return for the refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
